RedditBypass ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Account data: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google OAuth.
• Product profile: Information you provide during onboarding (product name, description, URL, goals, target subreddits) used to generate posts.
• Generated content: Posts, titles, tips, and DM sequences you create and save in the app.
• Billing data: Payment and subscription status are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage & logs: Basic technical logs (IP, browser, timestamps) for security and debugging.

How we use your information

• Generate and personalize Reddit posts for your product and target communities.
• Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• Process subscriptions and communicate about billing.
• Respond to support requests.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use your product information to train public models shared with other users.
• We do not post to Reddit on your behalf.

Third-party services

We use trusted providers to operate RedditBypass:

• Google: authentication
• Stripe: payments and subscriptions
• MongoDB: data storage
• Apify: subreddit rules retrieval
• Replicate / Google AI: post generation
• Better Stack: error logging

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

Data retention

We retain your account and generated posts while your account is active. You may delete your account from Settings; we will remove associated profile and post data within a reasonable period.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us at hello@redditbypass.com to make a request.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
